-Attended Tripoli Evangelical School until 1974.

-Attended International College until 1976 where i graduated with a Lebanese baccalaureate in the sciences.

-Attended Emory University in Atlanta Georgia from 1976 until 1979.

-Attended Columbia University in the City of New York from 1979 until 1983 where i Graduated with a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering.

-1984-1991 worked in the family business dealing in food distribution.

-1991 - Present owner of Linea Max S.A.R.L. a company that owns four retail shops in Tripoli and Beirut Souks importing and selling shoes and leather goods from Italy.

 - Married to Donia Moutragi since 1987 with two children Karim born 1989 (currently working with Pratt & Whitney in the USA) and Diva born 1983 (currently finishing up a business degree at the AUB).
